I really enjoyed my stay. The location is great, the apartment is very cute and tidy, and Chad's correspondence was always kind and timely. The check in/out instructions were clear and simple to follow.

Chad’s place was perfect! We had a rocky start to our Nashville trip when our first Airbnb turned out to be a mess. Once we got our refund sorted out we found Chad’s place and it turned out to be awesome! The place is great and in a great neighborhood. Chad is also great at giving recommendations! We will definitely stay again.

This is a gem! It had everything we needed and more. It was very clean, and most importantly, both bedrooms had comfortable mattresses. Lastly, we felt safe all the time.

Chad was a wonderful host! Beautiful home, lean and well stocked with all the basics we needed and in a superb location. He was also so responsive when I had questions and beyond organized with how he delivered information that helped us plan our trip. Cannot recommend this Air BnB location enough!

Chad was the ideal host. He was responsive,gracious, and easy to communicate with. His house was wonderfully equipped and comfortable as well as sparkling clean. All in all we had a superb stay in Nashville.

Chad was a fantastic host, very kind and responsive. Chad’s place was perfect. It’s literally a block away from the Frothy Monkey which is East Nashville’s best coffee shop and also has excellent food. It’s walkable to other great restaurants as well. East Nashville is BY FAR my favorite place to stay, and I’ve been coming to Nashville for 30 years. I would highly recommend Chad as a host!

We loved our stay in east Nashville! It was the perfect location and there are so many great restaurants, bars, and cute vintage stores in the neighborhood. The home was comfortable and cute, with a private outside area and clean well appointed kitchen. Beds were comfy and the AC units kept it very cool on hot days. Our host Chad was very responsive and helpful, but never intrusive. Overall, so glad we picked this spot - perfect for a little weekend getaway.

I had a great stay! The host was very responsive and even reached out around 1 PM to offer an early check-in, which was a nice surprise. The house is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood—despite being near a fire department, noise was never an issue. It’s just under a mile walk to the downtown area, which has plenty of great restaurants, bars, and entertainment options. I felt right at home during my stay and would definitely return!

The stay was great for our first time in Nashville. Not too far from the main city and nice and quiet and pretty neighbourhood. The host was amazing and very fast in responding to anything we needed. Home was clean when we got there too. I definitely would consider booking with him again. You should definitely consider this place if u are considering visiting. Also plus he let us check in early which saved us having to wait 2 hours at the airport so definitely appreciated that.

The place was beyond BEAUTIFUL. The house was so clean and well decorated. Chad was very helpful with any questions we had. The place was definitely worth the money we paid for 3 days. It was very cozy and quiet and we felt right at home! We loved our stay in this beautiful home.
