This home was a great place to stay. The beds were super comfortable which is very nice after a long day at the beach. Chad was very responsive and even helped us out when our flight landed way before our check in time. Would definitely stay here again!

While the place may not be brand new, it is well kept and clean, making it a comfortable spot for a short stay. The location is ideal, just a 15-minute drive to Broadway, which allowed for easy access to the vibrant nightlife and attractions of Nashville. Being in a quiet area provided a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay in Nashville!

Chad was extremely attentive the entire time we stayed at this place, he even dropped us off some new towels and a sponge we needed. The place was super cute and the neighborhood really quiet and peaceful. Would stay here again for sure

We loved the house and enjoyed every breakfast at the nice patio. The beach is walkable in 10min from the house and it’s just beautiful with the white sand! The little pool was also nice to have a quick dip. Shopping is also very close by car. Chad gave us very helpful suggestions about local places, beaches and always answered almost immediately. We felt very comfortable with the host! We definitely saved this location for future holidays. Thank you!

Super host !! Chad was very responsive and helpful; even when I had to call his personal cell phone. The area was perfect for our crew close to the project — but the area is excellent for anyone traveling to Nashville lots of things to do and eat close by Definitely book Chads place again if we can

Had a wonderful stay! Very responsive hosts. Relaxing place and even though its a duplex you wouldn't know. Very home-like feel. New appliances, big tub and comfortable beds. The pool isnt heated and weather didnt cooperate so we only got in once. Its a shallow pool but pefect for kid's. Nice deck to sit out on by the pool and outside games. Relaxing setting. Highly recommended these hosts.

This is such a great little house! Was perfect for two couples. We stayed for the weekend and enjoyed walking to get coffee, going to nearby places, and how quick of an uber it was into Nashville and broadway. Chad was such a great host, communicative, friendly, and super accommodating. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at Chads place. Quiet location and walkable to everything downtown. The entire place was very clean and had everything needed for my stay. Highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.
