Chad always respond quickly to our emails. The place was very homey and everything was as pictured. It was very centrally located. And the little unit had a washer/dryer and a dishwasher which made it very convenient. We really felt at home at Chad’s place.

Chad is truly a super host!! This was probably one of my favorite airbnb stays. The location is very walkable, we were central to so many cute cafes, bakeries and restaurants nearby. The place was pristine, modern, so comfortable and cozy — it really was peaceful. There were so many great aspects of this place but probably my favorite was Chad’s responsiveness, adaptability and helpful communication. I was truly impressed with Chad’s proactive suggestions for cute coffee shops in the area and overall helpful disposition. It felt so good knowing our host was in reach in case we needed anything. I highly recommend this lovely space and will surely be back soon!!

Great location. Easy to get to great spots in East Nashville and downtown Nashville. Very close to a nice park (Shelby Park). Very nice quiet neighborhood. The space was very nice and clean. Everything we needed. I would definitely recommend Chad’s place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Couldn’t help but think that Chad’s place is a geographical oddity…10 minutes from everything! Location is great. The place was clean and comfortable. It was in a quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. My husband and I had a few places we wanted to check out during our stay including CHOPPER, Skinny Dennis, and Fatbelly Pretzel. The location made it easy to do so and it was nice to come back to comfortable bed to rest after being out all day. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again. The only thing I would note for others is the bathtub. If you have any mobility issues it could be difficult to get in and out of it, as it is a very beautiful claw foot tub.

We only needed the place for the night as we’re road tripping from Colorado to Florida but the place was super clean, the beds were comfortable, and we all felt safe! If we are in Nashville again, we will definitely stay here again!!

This is a gem! It had everything we needed and more. It was very clean, and most importantly, both bedrooms had comfortable mattresses. Lastly, we felt safe all the time.

I had a great stay! The host was very responsive and even reached out around 1 PM to offer an early check-in, which was a nice surprise. The house is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood—despite being near a fire department, noise was never an issue. It’s just under a mile walk to the downtown area, which has plenty of great restaurants, bars, and entertainment options. I felt right at home during my stay and would definitely return!

The place was beyond BEAUTIFUL. The house was so clean and well decorated. Chad was very helpful with any questions we had. The place was definitely worth the money we paid for 3 days. It was very cozy and quiet and we felt right at home! We loved our stay in this beautiful home.
